Consultants not resolving Phone going straight to voicemail

In the early hours of the 29th November 2022 I started to notice that my phone goes straight to voicemail when one dials it. I called in during the day and an mtn consultant gave me certain codes to dial on my phone and switch off my phone for 15 minutes then switch it back on. The problem persisted so I ended up calling in three more times and I was in total given a number of three codes. I was finally advised to wait 24 hours but the problem still was the same after the 24hours.

When I called in on the 30th of November 2022, I was told that my incoming calls are disabled so the consultant told me she is fixing the problem from her side and once the call we're on ends, I must switch off my phone for 15mins. I did as told but when I tried to call my phone again, the phone still goes on voicemail. I spoke to three other consultants after this and they all said they are fixing the problem on their side and I should switch off the phone for 15mins. Can this issue be resolved, I can make calls, send/receive texts and use the Internet. The only issue is incoming calls and the consultants are not helping at all.
