*********** consultants and poor service

If i had an option to rate them no star, i would have. I app**** for a cellphone contract on the 22 October and it was approved. Upon realizing that I am not receiving my devices, i made a follow up only to be told the consultant captured my details incorrectly. I updated the correct ones but few days later my order was canceled with no apparent reason. When i called to find out they kept doing multiple re applications and my contract was now declined. I am so disappointed with their poor service and incompetence consultants.
