Consultant refuse to help mtn
Good day i was at a mtn store in polokwane The consultant who assisted me told me he can't help me if i dont speak english I attempted to speak english an he flat out ignored me i an now at a vodacom an they willing to assist me even though i am on a mtn network. May we please have this issue addressed the address of the shop is in outspan drive the newly opened mtn shop please assist an advise regarding this service thank you
