consultant gave me an incorrect package and maneger is ******** to rectify the issue.

I am Ntokozo Zuma. I went to MTN Stores in Pinetown Kings Rd in January to apply for a contract for phones. I was interested n a combo package deal My Choice 50 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab Lite 7 and Galaxy J1 Mini Prime for R249 x 24 months. However, on the 04 February 2017 the consultant by the name of Sbongiseni Sithole gave me an incorrect package of MTN Sky Medium for unlimited calls and SMS. I realised this and went back to the consultant to ask him to ractify the error. In March an amount more thatn 3000 was debited in my account and i emmediately wen to MTN Stores to inquire. They told me to reverse the amount and they will rectify the matter. I recieve calls from MTN asking about the reversed amount and how I was going to pay, I explained to them what had happened and they said i should contact the Store to sort out the issue. I constantly went to the stores and the consultants said they sent some emails to rectify the error. Every month i had to consult the stores and the consultants had to forward the matter to the Store manager. Still after they did that, no progress was made until I demanded contact details of the manager, Suvan Maharaj. Every time i contacted him he would give me excuses like he is on leave and h wl gt someone to call me, but i never recieve the calls. And i had to chase after him and he would say he is working on it. Now the oustanding amount stands at an amount more than R15000 for services i hv not been using because of the negligence of the store manager. What is fustrating is that i dont even enjoy the benefits of the contract because i cant use the sim card with airtime because I am afraid that i will exceed R50. Please assist because this wl make me have a bad credit record and i dont have the money to pay for the mistakes made by them. I have never recieved such bad service in my life and i am very dissapointed wth mtn because i am a loyal customer.
