Constant SPAM SMS's from MTN
I am constantly getting SPAM SMS's from MTN - as many as 5 per day. I tried to use the self service USSD and MTN App to opt out. The #135 option does not work. I tried to get in touch with MTN but it appears to be totally impossible to speak to a human being. Tried Facebook, they responded days after and then referred me back to the self service. They don't seem to understand when I tell them that self service does not work. Pathetic service MTN

21 Jul 2020, 08:56Ok, when I dial *136#, no 4 on the menu is MyMTN Offers, not opt out. If I select that, on the subsequent menu no 4 is DoubleYourBundle. It seems as if MTN's staff does not even know the systems. How on earth MTN makes a single cent I don't know!
