Consistently bad customer service.

The absolute WORST service. Every single time I have to deal with their customer service, even the way it is set up, you have to make several calls to several departments, and get cut off after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for an *********** and rude operator. Big corporations do not realise that bad customer service is one of the leading causes for customers to opt for opposition companies.
