CONSISTENT BAD SERVICE
MTN firstly charged me for data I was not getting. After a fight they paid me back. only through less bills a month, then they changed my uncapped to 3gb a month without telling me, and have subsequently charged me for data I did not use at out of bundle rates, I know it is a farce because the connection is so utterly terrible that if I had used over 3 gb I would have been online 24 hours a day for week. I have no idea what is going on. they cap usage but then charge you when you go over.....even if you have not gone over. totally absurd. I am NOT liable for data usage that you sneaked up on me.

Kindly note that you do not have a usage limit on this line 0784****99 kindly set it up by *141*5#ok , option 1 , option1 and option 1 again , please put the lowest amount that you want, and please confirm with 808 that it is set successfully , they can also do it for you.
