Consent MTN customer

On the 17 of February 2022 I have contacted MTN customer care about my cellphone contract that was expiring on the same day requesting to cancel the contract and take my number back to pay as you go and few days I gain went at Heidelberg MTN store to check if my contract was canceled and I was told that my contract was not canceled but was upgraded without my knowledge on the 14 March 2022 for an Iphone and as we check further it was found out that even the address was chenge and I was de*****ed. Can I be assisted in canceling this contract
