Connectivity Tower

Mtn has been failing to fix a network tower that has been down for almost a month to two months now in Nelspruit around the golf view Estate area, meanwhile they consistently debit at the end of the month with routers that don't work, consultants at the call centre give you different stories, each time you call you are told it has been escalated but no turn around given of the issue will be attended. What services are we paying for if we can't have a seamless connection?? Each and everyday it is the same thing!! It is RIDICULOUS
