Connected without Internet

For over a week we have been struggling with the wi-fi and internet connection at home, so we called MTN Coverage and the consultants we spoke to told us that there was nothing wrong with the internet connection and that both towers near us were working perfectly fine.

The problem is still persisting and when we again called their call center, we were told that the tower near us has been down for a few days and they were working on getting the issue resolved.

So we were blatantly **** to for nearly a week, this is really becoming a problem as we are now not getting the service that we are paying for.

To make matters worse, the consultant told us that we were given the plan considering our remote location.

3 years later and I still have to deal with this type of incompetence from MTN!!
