congrats on thee worst call center and service!!!!

After reaching my call limit i went to the MTN at soneike mall he told me to contact the 808 number i then went ahead and phonded them at 9am it is now 16:14 and nothing has been done after exactly 19 calls and 2 calls more than an hour long at a time they just keep on dropping the call. I am sick sick sick of this type of service you can sponsor every sport give away prizes and be in the limelight all the time but it takes you 1hour and 8min to pick up a phone no one in a store can help me how the hell does this work....? after anothe 30min on the phone about 3 hours ago they tell me credit dept is to busy they will increase my line by R400 like i asked and it will be open now, Well im still waiting......? in the 2 times someone awnsered the phone it was the same person do you only have one person working there for the whole of SA and all the problems it really feels that way? please i need a response ASAP as i work in construction and if it goes like this tomorrow i will surly lose my job did not get any work done as i need to be on my phone the whole day.
