Congrats on succesfully ***** R5000 from customer

I give up, I simply cannot continue to spend any more time or energy on this complaint. I cannot get through to Rabelani Tshivhase on how it is possible for an R79 account to jump to R5000 without me using the laptop any different from previous months. I no longer trust MTN with my account. I requested from Rabelani Tshivhase to speak to hes manager but he delicately informed me that he is senior enough to deal with me. I will close all 3 my lines with MTN. that is R20000 per year which will move to your competitor. In 10 years that would have been more that R200000. That alone is more than what you unfairly took from me. Congratulations to Cell C whom just got them selves a free Sales Man. I will use what ever little influence I have to move more MTN customers to Cell C. You will end up loosing more than you took from me. This was an altimate frustration having to deal with your so called customer care who certainly is not customer focused by any means. Yes I loose money but mentally il be better off. Enjoy the rest of your day. The last time I was this frustrated by an department was city of jhb, He realy have to be very bad to be falling in that catogory of poor busineses.
