Confusion over application

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I app**** online via the phonefinder website. On the sa****ay the 19 June 2016 gor an mtn contract. I was then contacted by a sales rep from "Mtn" which she informedme that we would carry on with my application. During this call we confirmed my ID number, postal address, bank details, debit order dates. Delivery details for my phone delivery wghich would take 5-10 working days. And that i would be contacted by mtn warehouse to confirm delivery times and dates. I also was informed about techtrace, phonebox, magzone and mobileplus and receiving an sms with a Ref number: M****356750-1. For the above. I had not heard anything from mtn the entire week so i contacted mtn via facebook. Only to be told that they have checked their system and it does not populate anything with my id number. Please explain to me what am i to do now as i was expecting this phone to be delivered but they dont even have any record with my ID. The contract was confirmed with the samsung s5 mini R149.00 a month top up. I would like this rectified as i am sitting without a phone. Please contact me for more personal information </span></p>
