Confusing
I have a contract with Mtn, which I pay via debit order every month. They send me statements of how much is due. Last month March they never sent me April's statement.
Even when I logged to check my balance it was 0.00. I tried to call several times and no help. Today my services has been suspended. I have been calling, I don't how many times, holding and the line cut off.

02 Apr 2020, 20:48I have received the statement and invoice, not for April, for previous months. Anyway I called and finally somebody picked up and gave me a due amount which is R340 have already paid it and has released the suspension.
