Confused Customer
I loaded a complain yesterday and MTN got back to me Today. Thank you for the prompt response and refunding me on my airtime. However, I still can't unsubscribe form the WoW Bonus...using the #code *130*499*1#. It says, " Yellow, please note that teh competition is inactive"
Does this mean I am unsubscribed? Should it not say that you have been successfully unsubscribed?
I am really confused.
