CONFUSED CLIENT
thank you for the response,i am a bit surprised and confused regarding MTN my phone being escalated to the contract management team, Monday 09/02/2015 i received a call from MTN the lady told me that MTN will return my phone unpaired, i asked the reason she just gave me the number for the insurance that i must call like really whats with the lies can they just be honest with me and tell me they failed me as a customer they do not know what to do. thank God i'll be out of your company soon.
