Confused!!
Good day I just received my new samsung S9 from mtn today. DSV went out their way to deliver to me today instead of Monday so ups to them. My device comes with a gear 2 fit pro witch I have claimed via samsung rewards but I am unable to claim the R500 voucher towards an original Samsung accessory... the samsung rewards app doesn't give me an option to claim and I'd like to know how to go about doing the claim... must I go to a samsung store or an mtn store?! Please assist in this regard, I'd really appreciate it so much. Not much info is given on how to go about claiming. It is rather frustrating when u are given the info but just don't come right.
