CONFUSED

Good day<br> <br> I bought R59 airtime for my little sister on the 21 Jan 2015 and she bought BIS for her Z3. She got a message that said please wait while BIS gets activated, she is still waiting 1 week later. She then called the call centre and was told that the Blackberry Z3 does not support that facility but I find that very strange since she previous ly bought the BIS Lite for the same phone and it worked.<br> <br> I would like a refund of that airtime sent to *** as money does not grow on trees and R59 is alot in my books.<br> <br> Kindly investigate and I expect an answer before close of business today.<br> <br> Mandy
