CONFUSED
He is the long serving person but if you ask him anything he asks call center and tells you that he is not in the position to give any solution, his is aware of the problems that customers from Nashua Mobile are facing and complaining every day but there is no solution to those problems which where caused by them, changing people's contracts.

We are truly sorry for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused. It is not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We've now had a look at your contract and we see that the amount we've invoiced you for is R698.00 per month and the contract expires on the 12th of September 2015.
The last 2 debit orders that were submitted to your banking account was returned due to insufficient funds. You mention in the post that your contract was changed, please can you send us a copy of your contract that was signed with Nashua Mobile to *** and we can then contact our Billing Department to correct any errors.
