Confused

I went to the bank only to find out that MTN has an outstanding amount of R366 which I do not know of. I went to MTN store and the consultant could only see the amount. Now I must pay and no one knowz why or can clear it for me. I also want my name cleared and this off my name but clarify for me why i must pay it and foŕ what.
