Con Artists of Note

MTN officially the most ******* and worst cellular service provider on the planet. We had a contract closed March 2015 paid up and settled then when pulling a financial report (Transunion) we see your ******* company charged us for R189 for some unknown reason, 30 days in arrears sommer, as we never received notification, account or anything on a CLOSED account might I add. Then because it's not paid you decide to hand it over to your Legal Department who only works by email for some dumb reason, probably because they had to many calls for being so terrible. Really cannot believe how you guys function. Guessing we are probably not the first who you have tried to swindle. If this isn't sorted asap, by your "only by email legal department" HelloPeter and Facebook will not be the only place your idiocracy will be exposed!

Reviewer Update

It has been more than a YEAR! A year, that you had to fix this and it is still not fixed.

This influenced TWO cases where we tried to purchase a home and get a homeloan approved and it is IMPOSSIBLE to ge throught to anyone to assist in this matter. If this is not sorted ASAP we will have to take necessary steps and claim for damages caused by MTN in our financial life.

Your message means nothing as this is not an action or a problem that has been resloved. I want results, words are empty promises. You just set your self up for another disapointing service. ACTIONS speak louder than words.
