Compliment of a very reliable Customer services agent at MTN Direct Call Center

<p>I have initially had a problem with MTN . We have actually signed up for a cellphone contract with the CCI MTN Call center . The agent from CCI had taken in incorrect number to contact for delivery . Therefore when they tried to contact us for delivery , there was no contact . The courier company took the phone back to MTN. It has been over a month and we still have not received delivery of the phone . If MTN looks at their record , you will see that I have called on numerous occasions and no one has been able to assist me .\</p> <p>Nyanga, from MTN Direct 083 ********** was the only person who actually went the extra mile and assisted me, He called teh CCI call center and queried with them. They did not even know what they were doing , he guided them, and assisted them in doing their job to assist me. I would really like to comment Nyanga. Thank you so much. MTN needs to hire more people like him </p>
