Compliment

I would like to commend the customer service and care of Melissa from MTN, Greenacres mall in the Eastern cape. I went to the branch to collect a lap top I ordered and she was so kind and understanding, she was willing to go through the Ts and Cs of the contract I was taking with MTN and answer all the questions I had about the contract. Some information I was not told when I went to enquire about the deal I was interested in taking, But when I got to the store she explained all the important terms to me, some of which would have led to me terminating the contract had they not been explained. A wise man once said, "whatever you are, be a good one", and Melissa is indeed a good one at what she is doing.
