Compliment and Complaint
<p>Fitst I want to give a big Compliment to the following two people:</p> <p>- Quintin Mboweni - HVTC Repair Centre</p> <p>- Imraan Aboo Cassim - Foresthill Mall</p> <p> </p> <p>The above two people gave me the best service over the weekend when I had to go pick up my new phone, both of them was very helpful. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know why not everyone in the MTN store, whether it is a Franchise of normal Store, can provide the same service as the two people mentioned above,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never go to the MTN Franchise in Mall@Reds, if I want to get a headache, I would visit that store, it's almost like you cannot complain about the service, because they don't give any, and the bad service has happened on more than one occassion.</p> <p> </p>
