Compliment

Hope my email finds you well.

I have had a terrible experience with MTN that dragged for more than 6 months, what made me it bad was MTN staff compliment dealing in bad faith and a shortfall of contract of sale which then led to the back and forth.

I would like to convey a thank to Ms. Patricia Modjadji Mashau for competency in product knowledge, customer relations, time management and business etiquette. Not only did she manage to calm me down after numerous people from MTN getting me angry but she found a way to represent her institute well and for that I am grateful.
