Compliment

<p>I walked into MTN at Westgate mall early in the morning and I was assisted by Mpho Lekwape. I was there with him for more than 2 hours while he was trying to assist me. He could not assist me because no one was willing to assist him sort the problem that I had out. The reason I feel like he did an exceptional job with assisting me is because while he sat with me for 2 hours or more trying to assist me not once did he get annoyed by the fact that I was on his case, not once did he tell me that there are other clients that also needed to be assist or get impatient with me when I got angry with him (MTN). Even though I was giving him grieve he was very patient with me and willing to assist me by all means possible. Thank you very much Mpho for the good service that you have given me, please continue providing your best to us. Your investigations and openness to assist me and willingness to find out why my case was not being dealt with set the ball in motion, because after that day things started happing people started doing their jobs (SIYABONGA!). I remember on that day he made call to the cell phone insurance company and he had to hold for a very long time, when he finally got a consultant the call “cut” but he never gave up, he called again and waited AGAIN! when he finally spoke to someone, they still could not help him (us). He called the MTN at Durban for assistance, that consultant refused to help us even after he had emailed that person all the relevant documents proving that I qualify for a new device,, she still refused to help us. I have now received a new device and I believe that it would not have been possible if it was not for Mpho Lekwape. Even though he could not help me than, he told me what I should next to make sure that I get assisted accordingly. So Thank you very much for compassion, passion, respect and integrity that you displayed to me, I really do appreciate it.</p> <p>Can someone please give that man a bells!!!</p>
