The service I received from Siyavuya Makhubalo was exceptional. She was friendly, she knew what she was doing and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my mobile device claim is smooth. I really wish she can manage all my claims as she understands what i am going through as a customer. she is also humorous:).
