I walk in MTN mall of africa in 16:15 to enquiry about Rica.. When i entered the store there was no one in front, I sanitizer my self, I was approach by one guy from repair without even smiling and a warm welcome that I expected from him. I explained my situation to him and he said to me kindly take a seat someone will assist u... There was only one client when I walk in. 3 stuff we seating on repairs not doing anything.. They were laughing, enjoying, having loud and nice conversations.. No one attend me, when I was supposed to leave a lady call me to assist me around 16:57 you can Imgaine the time I seated. Yoh there service is very bad guys ,I regret using MTN..
