Completely understaffed

Currently sitting in MTN, been here for 30 mins. I am number 3 in a line of 10 people. There are 6 staff here, however only 2 of them are actually working, 2 are in the back office, laughing loudly & two are sitting in front of the computer having a chat. Nobody is being helped, the guy in front of me has asked the lady at the computer for help & she rudely rep**** that they are now closed. No notice or word to consumers, no attempt to help the consumers already in the line. This is ridiculous.
