Good day I received a response for a complaint on over R800 being charged. I received an upgrade which is indeed correct. I was informed and signed for a total of R529 per month plus an upgrade fee for my package as the package I had was no longer offered. I was not informed nor did I sign for promotional fees below relates to the response for my complaint.
