Completely frustrated with debit order not going off

<p>We have put a complaint in with MTN no responses, wrote review no responses .</p> <p>What can we do to get MTN to contract us with regards to a simple thing like a debit order problem which is error from their side .</p> <p>We are completely frustrated it seem like MTN does wants their money.</p>
