Completely being ignored (less cared for)

Hi it has been a month since i have submitted a claim form MTN insurance and i am still paying, but without a phone.<br> not even a response to acknowledge my claim and sent every lunch time visiting one of the branches and the contact number for insurance does not work not eve the staff from store can reach them. Very disappointed by the the lack of service and not even sure why I am still paying, my name is Lindani Ngalo and my MTN contract number is *** and now contactable on a temporary number ***
