Called to ask agent to confirm that international roaming is off as we don't want to incur any cost. Agent confirmed it's off.

After ending the call we got a sms to say international roaming has been SWITCHED ON!!!!!!! WE CALLED BACK AND WERE TOLD YOU CANT SWITCH IT OFF AS THERE IS AN OPEN TICKET!!!

HOW THE HELL IS YOUR IDIOTICACY NOW MY PROBLEM TO SORT?????

WE NEVER REQUESTED IT TO BE PUT ON.

SORT OUT THIS **** AND SWITCH IT OFF!!!!!
