Complete service failure during lockdown.

I am on a post-paid contract with MTN. Lockdown in SA happened over March month-end and I couldn't get to a store to pay of course. MTN first disabled outgoing calls. Then incoming calls. Now it threatens credit bureau action. I tried to pay online. On their website this is more difficult than terminating a Telkom account - this is me handing them money (shouldn't this be the most important feature from their viewpoint?) The process simply goes into a maddening vortex of requiring an email link to new password to new email link. It is a shockingly bad experience and an excpetionally poor design from a tech company. After 25 years of being a client it's time to move on. What miserable, miserable service.
