Complete lack of customer care and service from MTN

Do not agree to MTN amending the terms of my contract. Have tried to raise my objection through the Complaints department for 4 weeks now, but calls and emails go unanswered. Now the customer care centre is also not answering my emails - for 2 weeks now. For MTN to simply ignore their customers is completely unacceptable. All potential customers be warned: after MTN has taken your money and tried to trap you in a contract, that they believe they can simply amend the terms of when they see fit and you MUST accept, they will then simply ignore you when you have a complaint. Rather choose another service provider.
