Complete idiots
<p>I recently renewed my contract at Galleria MTN. The contract that I took out was for R269-00 a month. I am being billed for PROMO SERVICE which I was told would fall away with my renewal. I have sent umpteen emails to customer care regarding this and I have had no response from them. I sent another email today and what do I receive? A link to my account!!!!! All I want is for them to drop this PROMO service as I cannot afford this extra charge being a pensioner. No one explains to me WHY. ******* is all I can call them. *****ing peoples money. I just wish I had not renewed my contract. Worst service out.</p>
