Complete disinterest
Went to take out a contract (I'm an existing customer) after phoning the store in advance to check requirements, was \assisted\" by what has to be the most inept, disinterested and apathetic brand representative I have encountered in many a year. I could see from the start she was unwilling to help deal with the fact I was taking out a contract in CT but wanted it to be collected by my brother at varsity in JHB. I was eventually referred to another store to take out the contract. What an exercise in futility and left we wondering why I bother with this company. If changing providers without the pain it entails was an option you can bet I would be an ex customer. When my contract expires in 3 months I won't be putting up with this kind of service! "
