Complete Cancellation of Contract

I refer to my e-mail below. Today I got an SMS that I am now on a month-to-month contract increasing from R126.09 TO R181.738. I have cancelled ny contract completely on 16 January as I was told to so 20 days prior to the end date of 5 February. On 16 January I cancelled te contract and explicitly requested that I will go on a Pay As You Go basis not a contract anymore.

MTN even today claim they have received no cancellation from me. How can it ne yet on 16 January I received a SMS that y cancellation is being processed and today I get my contract is now month-to-month.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT COMPLETELY. I WILL REVERSE ANY DEDUCTION MADE AGAIN MY ACCOUNT FROM 1 MARCH.
