Complaints department is useless, I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

No Response from Roane Complaints Department, I sent numerous emails after she advised me the contract has been cancelled to date. I have not received any response, the service from MTN is pathethic, if **** not the network its incompetence staff. I would not recommend this company to anymore not looking to have a heart attack. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE AND CANCEL YOUR DAM CONTRACT.
