Complaints aren't being followed up

I logged a complaint with MTN a few weeks ago about their service at the call centre, I was then asked to provide the date and time of the call for QA purposes and till today n feedback has been given to me.

Clearly MTN does not even follow up on customer's complaints, they just use the copy and paste reply to make seem like they actually care. MTN please note that some of your staff are ****ing your reputation which you took years to build and you're losing customers each day.
