Complaints Analyst - Willem Jnr Loots

Hi All, The moment you raise a complaint you expect someone professional who has done his or her research on your complaint to reply to you. Not with MTN, they send a copy and paste reply that raises your hopes over nothing.

When you then provide facts and points of correction to their "Analyst" they disappear and ignore you totally.

I have never had a contract with MTN yet they say I owe them money. Secondly I have requested from Willem a copy of the signed contract that triggered the debit orders, his reply was ignoring me. It is indeed a shame that you do not take pride in doing honest business.

Why abuse a former employee who entrusted you with a copy of his ID and banking details. Again I try to reach out to you please reply to my email. I need those documents for my legal case being built against MTN.
