Complaints Analyst at MTN deserves a raise
I would like to thank Roanne Juggannadh, Complaints Analyst, for successfully resolving the problem we had with the upgrade of my contract. She handled the matter very efficiently and timeously, concluding in a successful upgrade. Well done Roanne.
