I bought a screen protector for a huawei P30 PRO at an mtn shop in Pretoria WONDERPARK close to refinary , it was fitted wrongly and it had a sticking problem, during the day dust accumulated on the screen underneath the screen protector and the glass went off the screen. On the 22nd of October 2019 came back for a replacement, the staff gave me a bad attitude asking who must pay for the screen protector and made me wait for 1 hour 30 minutes and during that time they were just talkin to each other when they had to assist me they called me a thing they gave me a screen protector after that prolonged waiting and when I asked them to put the screen protector they said it's not their job and I'm derailing them from their job then I asked for my money back they said its not their problem because the money is in the bank I'm not happy with this kind of service where my money is just seen as nothing when I have made a purchase then I suddenly become a thing. Please assist, the cashiers name Is Lebo, she said i can shout all day and nothing will heppen. That's the arrogance she had because she has the job now
