COMPLAINT - WHATSAPP SOCIAL BUNDLE PRICING

Kindly note that MTN amends their pricing on social bundle without advising the customer. At the beginning of August I could load a 20 day whatsapp social bundle for cheaper, only to find out end of August it has changed. The pricing should not be fluctuating as if it is the oil price and I am of the view that the consumer is taken for a ride, this considering that technological infrastructure is just as important as physical infrastructure. We are struggling as it is with connectivity issues, which are not really addressed cost effectively by the service providers. I am of the opinion this can be addressed cost effectively moving forward. This pandemic not only highlighted the social ills in our society but our great technological backlog as well.
