Complaint - *****ulent Sim cards issued on my Identity

Two *****ulent sim cards were issued on my name, I have been to several shops and received Reference numbers but I am not receiving feedback on what is happening on my account. Currently my whole profile is blocked and yet my main number need to work but it. does not.

The MTN shops requested an affidavit which I provided but we are not making ANY, Any progress and this is unacceptable. I need to make and receive calls as I use the phone for business reasons. Currently MTN is hindering me from conducting my business successfully. I need this matter sorted TODAY. In the meantime MTN do not have a problem deducting money from my bank account, this is also unacceptable The REFERENCE NUMBERS RECEIVED IS: *** At the shop, I received a reference number: #197378
