Complaint to MTN

I'm very disappointed with MTN insurance. I've put my claim in December 2021 and 3 weeks later it was rejected, I disputed the rejection, still today, no answer. What's the use of insurance if they can't help you? Their Southgate branch is also useless. The consultants are always off sick and their phone just rings, no answer. This inconvenience us who are working till late as we can't make it to the branch and their phones are not answered. MTN I'm really disappointed in your service
