Complaint sent to Supervisors because was not updated - Still get no call bac****
<p>I logged a complaint on Wenesday about not being called to update me about my phone that went back for repairs...</p> <p>The complaint was sent to Mtn Supervisors... AND STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless service! really Uselss service!!!!</p>

Why is it always "Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience experienced" and yet the customers get disappointed EACH Time??
Urgent attention always and yet it never gets the "Urgent" attention it deserves??
Unbelievable!
I want an UPDATE on the status of my phone ASAP!
Please note that I have already taken further steps because of this bad service delivery towards me!
