Complaint resolved
On the 07th of March 2016 I wrote a complaint to hello peter, about a new phone (Sony M5) I had returned to MTN because the battery was malfunctioning.<br> <br> I am happy to announce that Absa Square branch took over the matter. They were updating me weekly about progress and on the 29th of March 2016 I collected my phone (Sony M5).<br> <br> A special thank you to Wilhemina and Penny for constant communication and assuring me that the matter will be resolved and ensuring that the matter is settled.<br> <br> Thank you hello peter for your services.
