Complaint regarding early cancellation settlement

Some of MTN SA Cancellation Consultants are ******. In Dec 2022 i called MTN SA to give me early cancellation settlement amount which they did on the very same day i paid. They only calcelled my contract in Jan 2023 after enormous enquires i did , calling their 135 number going to their outlets and offices with very little help. All of a sudden i get an email saying that i need there's an outstanding balance which i wasnt aware of. Those who gave the early cancellation settlement amount they "MUST PAY" that balance that MTN SA say i owe them.

I only find out today that after i had made a payment of early cancellation settlement, there's someone by the name Themba rejected my calcellation and he didn't communicate that with me
