Complaint Regarding Delayed Feedback on Online Upgrade Application

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my online upgrade application. I submitted the application some time ago and was informed that I would receive feedback via email. To date, I have not received any update or communication regarding the status of my application.

The lack of communication and delay in providing feedback is disappointing. I would appreciate it if this matter could be attended to urgently and if an update on my application status could be provided as soon as possible.
